Imatinb Intermeiates  is an oral medication for the treatment of chronic, accelerated, and chronic phases of failure of interferon treatment in adults with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) in Philadelphia chromosomes (Ber-Abl). CML is a hematopoietic stem cell disorder caused by abnormal DNA of stem cells in the bone marrow. Abnormal DNA can produce abnormal protein, interfere with the normal process of bone marrow white blood cells, eventually leading to a sharp increase in the number of white blood cells. CML is divided into chronic phase, accelerated phase and crisis phase of three stages, the crisis of patients with an average survival of only 2-3 months between elbows.
